Bug Description
Please backport open-iscsi 2.0.873-3ubuntu5 (main) from raring to precise.
Reason for the backport:
=======
The version of open-iscis as shipped in precise disables startup when the
root device is an iscsi lun. This makes it impossible to use diskless nodes
as openstack compute hosts and make use of cinder functionality.
We are using this version on precise in production.
Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.
You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d precise open-iscsi
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d quantal open-iscsi
* precise:

Ah, I was going to say that we'd have to backport through Q to maintain the upgrade path, but I see that Q has the same version as R actually.
So SGTM. I'll upload; cheers.
