Bug Description
Please backport mozc 1.5.1090.
Reason for the backport:
=======
* enable mozc_renderer which has an advanced candidate window for
IBus.
- it suggests candidates originally wanted by a user if he/she
types it wrongly.
- it expands a candidate window to show examples to candicates
easily mistaken
- screenshots are available in:

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.
* precise:
[ ] Package builds without modification
- failed to build
- I made changes to fcitx-mozc and uim-mozc package
in a attached branch to build and run.
[X] emacs-mozc installs cleanly and runs
[X] scim-mozc installs cleanly and runs
[X] mozc-data installs cleanly and runs
[-] fcitx-mozc installs cleanly and runs
- build disabled, no need to test
- it requires newer fcitx package to build, backporting fcitx is hard because
it has many reverse-dependency.
- fcitx-mozc was introduced in quantal cycle, disabling build does not affect
existing users with precise.
[X] emacs-mozc-bin installs cleanly and runs
[X] uim-mozc installs cleanly and runs
- Multi-Arch disabled
- uim in precise is not Multi-Arch capable.
[X] mozc-server installs cleanly and runs
[X] mozc-utils-gui installs cleanly and runs
[X] ibus-mozc installs cleanly and runs
No reverse dependencies
