Bug Description

Please backport virtkey 0.63.0-0ubuntu1 (main) from raring to quantal.

Reason for the backport:
========================

This package is a binary dependency for backporting onboard from raring.

It is already available in a PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~onboard/+archive/virtkey-stable

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d quantal virtkey

* quantal:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] python-virtkey installs cleanly and runs
[X] python3-virtkey installs cleanly and runs

Reverse dependencies:
=====================
The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of virtkey. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new virtkey. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new virtkey installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.

In principle this seems fine, thanks.

Can you confirm that you checked that onboard 0.98 (Quantal) and 0.97 (Precise) work fine with this virtkey release?
