Bug Description

Please backport cifs-utils 2:5.5-1ubuntu1 (main) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
In order to mount a Windows Server 2012 server, mount.cifs needs to be updated to the version in quantal. This requires a backport of cifs-utils, which in turn requires a new libwbclient. I have tested mounting Windows 2012 servers; I have not tested the remainder or samba. Technically it would be possible to backport only libwbclient and cifs-utils which would be safer, but libwbclient shares the same source package as the rest of samba, which is a bit of a behemoth.

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s quantal -d precise cifs-utils

* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] cifs-utils installs cleanly and runs

Reverse dependencies:
=====================
The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of cifs-utils. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new cifs-utils. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new cifs-utils installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.
