Please backport sks 1.1.3-1ubuntu1 (universe) from quantal to precise.
Reason for the backport:
========================
The main keyserver pool maintainer (Kristian Fiskerstrand) is pushing
for a minimum version of sks 1.1.2 to remain in the pool by 2012-07-07:
http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/sks-devel/2012-06/msg00043.html
https://lists.debian.org/debian-backports/2012/06/msg00067.html
No modification was required, because once I'd started looking at the package
on the weekend, I found and fixed a few bugs (1.1.3-1ubuntu1)
Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.
You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s quantal -d precise sks
* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] sks installs cleanly and runs
No reverse dependencies
