Step by step documentation is needed on how to install (including dependencies), setup and run PQM. The documentation in the source code is lacking this information.
You will need to do a *python setup.py install* to install each of them after you acquire the package.
There is a readme file and a manual.xml file in the directory you check PQM out into, each of them have vague hints for setup. To bad my secret decoder ring is on the blitz because I can't seem to make heads or tails of exactly how to set things up.

I suggest discussing setup issues on the bazaar mailing list. I'll try
to go through initial setup myself sometime soon and fix any issues that
turn up.
Not assigning this to myself yet as I want some of the fairly major changes to land before there's much point starting on this.
