Bug Description
PQM should offer an RSS feed of its current queue. A feed reader could then monitor this feed and send alerts to branch owners when their branches are, say, second in the queue. This would give the owner a chance to re-merge mainline and resolve any conflicts before PQM tries to merge their branch.
