Session length for PPL is too short.

The session length for PPL is too short, and so users are logged out of the account too quickly (multiple times per day if they leave the site open in the background). The session should be active a minimum of 24 hours. 2 weeks would be even better.

currently the server is not listening to session time out settings, need to implement cookies based logins. filed as blueprint. and working on it
