Find Portraits does not detect pictures with multiple subjects

Some pictures may be titled "Person A and Person B"

But Find Portraits will not make a match even if it contains "Person A" and "Person B" as contacts.

This is because the find portraits method only uses exact matches:

ppl_photos.title = aiki_users.full_name

If the = is changed to a LIKE, the method should find photos with multiple subjects. This needs to be tested for robustness and the possibility for false positives in portrait matching.
