Bug Description

All logged in users should be forced to use https

since we are hosting this site on a test server now, do you really think we should setup https here? or rather wait until we move to ppl.ito.com then set it up there? I think it's waste of time to do now, it's only the matter of setting up the service later

Yes, we should TOTALLY test this in a live context b4 deploying.
