ppa-purge should have "dryrun" option

Bug Description

Before removing the full of a PPA I would like to see what will be going on. So I would like to suggest a dryrun option like e.g. 'modprobe -n'.

Nowadays it is the -s or --simulate option in my branch. Also now a PPA is available at https://launchpad.net/~jarnos/+archive/ubuntu/ppa-purge
