Bug Description

In my sources List I added:
deb http://archive.neon.kde.org/user xenial main

And wish now to uninstall this. It seems to not work.

sudo ppa-purge ppa:archive.neon.kde.org/user
Updating packages lists
PPA to be removed: archive.neon.kde.org user
Warning: Could not find package list for PPA: archive.neon.kde.org user

The right command would be e.g.
sudo ppa-purge -s archive.neon.kde.org -o user -p ""
sudo ppa-purge -s archive.neon.kde.org ppa:user/
But they probably fail, too.

You could tru my version of ppa-purge:
