Bug Description

Hey,
I know in a perfect world we' authenticate once and never need --credentials.
But right now we often do need it to not click through auth every time.

But that leads to interactions like this:

$ ppa --credentials ~/credentials.oauth create lp-2051153-fix-run-qemu-mount-restart
...
Wait for the uploads to build and publish using:

  ppa wait ppa:paelzer/lp-2051153-fix-run-qemu-mount-restart

The problem is that we kind of can assume that as I needed --credentials for create I most likely will not get a smooth working "ppa wait" either.

So should we, if --credentials is given augment the examples/suggestions with the same parameter.
Like:

"""
Wait for the uploads to build and publish using:

  ppa --credentials ~/credentials.oauth wait ppa:paelzer/lp-2051153-fix-run-qemu-mount-restart
"""

That would allow smooth, double click, middle click, enter usage of the suggested command.
And OTOH it should be a trivial change right?
