WoL only supports eth* NIC names to the exclusion of biosdevname names (em* and p*p*)

Bug Description

The wake-on-lan functionality in PowerNap (powernap/monitors/WoLMonitor.py) only checks /sys/class/net for NIC names containing the string "eth". This is to the exclusion of biosdevname-enabled systems (available for Ubuntu, SLES, Fedora and RHEL; default on for Fedora and RHEL), which name NICs of the form em* and p*p*. (See http://linux.dell.com/files/whitepapers/consistent_network_device_naming_in_linux.pdf for a description of biosdevname and its naming scheme.)

PowerNap may also need to specially treat NICs with network partitioning (NPAR) enabled, as there are limitations to which virtual interfaces support WoL for these devices (see http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/pwcnt/en/broadcom-57712-k-faq.pdf).
