Bug Description
powerd is the name of an already existing binary package in Debian. I guess it wasn't noticed since it's part of freebsd-utils which
was apparently never really in Ubuntu.

This could be a problem if this package is ever submitted for inclusion in Debian. And it's just confusing if someone tries to Google for more information or troubleshooting a problem and just assumes that FreeBSD is upstream, not Canonical.

Jack, please try to give a reason when closing bugs. In this case, I believe the bug is valid; it's just a question of whether Canonical wants to fix it. If they do want to fix it, it's a little easier to do it now before 13.10 is released
