I can't add a single member (non-owner, non-moderator) from the Members page.

On http://irc.asynchronous.in/postorius/lists/pycon-sprint.mailman.asynchronous.in/members/ I can add a single owner or a single moderator but not a single member.

It is possible for me to add a single member via the mass subscribe page, so this isn't super urgent, but it will confuse the list admins if they can't use this page to add a member, so let's add an email address box and an add button so the list owner can add a member.
