Bug Description
This is a very trivial bug. The ez_setup.py file which is present in the repository is not included in the source distribution (python setup.py sdist) because of a missing MANIFEST.in file. I'm attaching this file to this ticket.

Oops, there are actually much more files missing from the MANIFEST, here's an updated version. It includes HTML templates, static files, etc. I checked that nothing's missing.
