Bug Description
Often, people try to subscribe to a mailing list but the confirmation message gets sent to their spam bin so they think it hasn't worked. It would be handy if it were possible to see a list of these non-confirmed emails in the admin interface somewhere (probably as a separate page) so admins could more easily figure out what's gone wrong.

Note: this feature request came via a friend, but given the number of times I've had to debug similar problems, it seems like a good thing to have on our wishlist. I wonder if it would be viable / useful to expose other parts of the system log in this way?
