Bug Description
The Mass Subscribe feature will show that users are added to the list on the frontend. But the backend does not send a confirmation message to the new users to request them to confirm their addition to the list. So, essentially, no messages are sent to the newly added mass-subscribe user.

Need to check and see if this was a function of the test setup used at GHC12.
