Comment 1 for bug 1062856

The browserID widget we've got installed, although it *does* allow registering of new users, really doesn't have any indicator that it does.

We need some text telling users what to do here (e.g. "New user? Click on the 'sign in' button to get started."). This should be pretty easy to add.
