Bug Description
Example:
- I send an example to Joe with the subject "elementary Rocks!"
- Joe replies, and I receive the message as "Re: elementary Rocks!"
- When I reply, Postler sets the subject to "Re: Re: elementary Rocks!"
This gets very obnoxious and confusing. Instead, when replying to a message, Postler should detect if the email's subject begins with "Re: " (case-insensitive) and if so, should not prepend "Re: " to the subject.
