From: header is processed incorrectly

I received a message from my wife earlier. Messages from her come with the From: header like this;

From: "LastName, FirstName" <email address hidden>

in the message preview, the From: line is displayed like this:

From: "LastName, FirstName ←

please note the first quote. Also, her first name is linked. If I reply to her message, the composition window appears, with FirstName as a contact, and "LastName (again, note the quote) as a secondary (unchosen) recipient.

Saving this message as a draft reveals the recipients as:

To: FirstName" <email address hidden>,"LastName
