Sorry I wasn't clear before, but what I mean is the idea of the bold label on top with entry on bottom vs. the current label: entry setup.

I like the idea of having the entry under the text,it makes filling them out faster and "lighter" for the eyes..the problem is that there are many entries,so it would cost more vertical space.
