don't display seconds in message times

Bug Description

The time Postler displays for each message includes the seconds, e.g.

The exact second at which a message was sent is unlikely to be interesting and is visually distracting. Other popular mail interfaces such as Thunderbird and Gmail don't display the seconds; I don't think Postler should either.

We use GLib.DateTime for the timestamp,if i don't go wrong it automatically shows also seconds.
But i agree,it shouldn't show seconds.

I agree. Indeed we can't use pre-localized formatting for this, but that shouldn't prevent us from getting the best user experience.

I changed it now so a time with hour and minute (localized) is always used.
