use MX record to automatically detect hosted Gmail account

Bug Description

My email address is hosted at Google but has a private domain, i.e. one which is not gmail.com. When I set up Postler for this account, I have to enter the IMAP and SMTP addresses 'imap.gmail.com' and 'smtp.gmail.com' manually. Instead, Postler should look up a MX record for my email domain, see that it's hosted at Google and set up for Gmail automatically.
