Need to add specific passwd for outgoing server

When accessing advanced account settings options, there is no possibility to assign specific login and password to outgoing server.

I think it should be implemented, or at least be accessible by hacking accountrc for a time.

Some people just don't use the same account to receive or send emails (each has it's own reasons), so it must not be a huge concession to add this option.

Or add a possibility to choose default smtp server for all outgoing mails (whichever mail adress is used to send an email).
