New account window freezes temporaily

for example when you click create new account, the program freeze, you move the window you get the trail, same as fetching mail.

I can confirm it can happen in the new account dialogue. But nowhere else.

I have the freeze also when I fetch mail with hotmail account that doesn't work (i get the red cross as icon in the left tab)
