Bug Description

Any &es in a Gmail label name are displayed as +es in Postler.

Can you provide one or two example names, how you named them and how they show up in Postler?

I created three test labels, "R&C", "R & C", and "&" with the "Create new label" option in the Gmail sidebar. They appeared as "R+C", "R + C", and "+" in Postler.

Postler.Folder.decode_foldername() is to blame here. The way to go is to add a test case "Cats &- Dogs" → "Cats & Dogs" to tests/parsing.vala. My regex is failing me however.
