There should not be padding in the sidebar

Bug Description

There is padding around the options in the sidebar, which makes the selected folder/mailbox look detached and is inconsistent with nautilus-elementary. It takes away from the interface cleanness in general.

Yes, this is true. The padding was meant to work on the progressbar and also *inside* the treeview. But instead it was applied outside to both elements at the same time :p

This was approached differently in the meantime to add padding in front of the expanders.
