Auto scroll up to new messages is unreliable

When you get a new message, you need to scroll up to see it. It gets really annoying really quickly, and makes it look like you have no new mail when you are notified. Postler should scroll up to show the new message when you receive it.

This is a partial fix,it scrolls up to the top of the already read emails, but under the new messages.

This patch doesn't make sense to me. Right now we have:

Scroll up, if we were at the top before getting new messages.

The patch changes it to:

Scroll up, if we are not at the top before getting new messages.

If it doesn't work it might be that there's a race condition, so the right thing is probably to save the value before and after fetching mail, maybe do it from Bureau.
