Bug Description
it is very hard to explain, so I made a screencast. So far it only seems to happen when I hit reply on certain messages.

Reproducible with any address of the form "b, a" <a.b@c.d>. It is mistakenly split by the comma which is used to list multiple addresses. It doesn't respect the quotes.
