Bug Description

..so that users can easily get to this Launchpad page and report the bug.
I attach my proposed patch.. =)

The correct wording is actually "Report a Problem..."

For opening URIs we have the function Postler.App.show_uri(). And I added the stock item to the register function as well. And please find out why your text editor keeps adding whitespace to empty lines :-)
