[Composer] Make the "Save" and "Send" buttons the same width

The compose dialog would look even cleaner if the save and send buttons were both the same width. Send Message could also use a little more padding on the left and right.

The Save button would have to be made bigger,wouldn't it look bad?
The other option would be to make the Send button smaller,by setting the label to "Send" only (removing " Message")..

Yea, either remove "Message" or you could make the other one "Save Draft"

I am not sure which is better, having shorter or longer labels on the buttons. I went with Save and Send now, so they are consistent, and I made them homogeneous.

Looking sweet. Can we make the buttons a little bit wider each, just so it's a bit more hit area?

I think it would be better if you could do this in the theme. "default-outside-border" is a style property and I would have to peek internals of the button to change it.

Second thought, let me see if I can do this. It's not a visual but a usability aspect and would be best to handle in code.
