Format Quotes as in print

Bug Description

Postler's current quote formatting is very oldschool email, and it doesn't really help to distinguish quoted text properly. Instead we should format block quotes as they're done in print to give postler a higher quality feel, something more polished, and possbily unique.

In print, quotations are usually characterized by an indentation and an extra space before and after the paragraph.

Perhaps we can push this farther by also using a grey text color and possibly centering?

We do have grey text already.

I changed the looks of quotes to have no left-side line. Please test it and see how it feels.
