"unqoute" section

Bug Description
In the compose dialog, if you select a section of text, you have the ability to "quote" it.
However, if you re-select that same portion of text, you are not able to "unqoute" it.
It would be nice if the button in the toolbar changed contextually so that this was possible.

Moreover, when you select multiple lines and mark them as quotes,it merges them into a single line. Example:
Hi bob!
How are you?
becomes:
> Hi bob! > How are you?
instead of:
> Hi bob!
> How are you?
