don't show adress book in compose toolbar

Currently in the compose window, there is an addressbook icon in the toolbar. This is a duplication in the UI, because the addressbook is already always available from the messaging menu.

I am slightly concerned if users would actually look in the messaging menu when looking at an open composer window. Then again I see both of these are pure convenience and as soon as clicking names to edit is implemented I probably won't worry about other ways to the address book.

I remembered an actual use case: picking contacts directly from the open address book. No idea yet however how to achieve that.

Maybe you could actually quit the compose dialog and then run Dexter with certain flags namely:

* Only show email addresses
* Quit on clicking a link

So in this way, you locate a contact click on their link, Dexter goes away and a new compose window pops up.

After some more discussion it was found to be a corner case and it's probably not useful to advertise the address book as the primary way of filling in recipients. Completion is much more useful and if needed, the user can actually open Dexter.
