Bug Description
can't send emails anymore, the error dialog I get says this:
"Folders for sent messages and outbox can't be created. You need to fetch mail at least once."
I have tried with a Gmail account, a Google apps account, and a standard webhost IMAP account.
Not sure when this bug started

I added a check to see if folders are missing and update after populating accounts. So 'Receive Mail' once again and sending should work.
