Postfix fix-permissions ignores specified permissions

Bug Description

Hello,

I have a postfix-file definition /etc/postfix/postfix-files.d/queue.files with the following content:

$queue_directory/active:d:$mail_owner:-:750:ucr
$queue_directory/deferred:d:$mail_owner:-:750:ucr
$queue_directory/hold:d:$mail_owner:-:750:ucr
$queue_directory/incoming:d:$mail_owner:-:750:ucr

It sets the permissions correctly for all other queues, but not for the incoming one.

Postfix version 3.8.6.
