"relayhost" value should not be identical to "myhostname".

Bug Description

Configuration option "relayhost" represent for the next-hop destination for non-local mail, so it is should not be identical to value of "myhostname". However, no information about this mentioned in the document of http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#relayhost or http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#myhostname. It is better to add this information in the document of option "relayhost".
