Bug Description
Since the Server www.openspf.org is no longer available the bounce message if mail is rejected do to spf failure is not correct. It referes to www.openspf.org/Why ... but this URL is not available. There is a open-spf.org where the pages where oviusly rescued to, but the Why API does not seem to work.
Version in production is # version 2.010 but it looks like the code of 2.011 has the same URL in it.

www.openspf.org and www.openspf.net no longer exist, but the same site is now present at: www.open-spf.org
Changing this in the code should fix the problem.
