Bug Description

The multiple origin end to end tests (https://github.com/openstack/poppy/blob/master/tests/endtoend/test_multiple_origin.py) make too many assumptions about how the origin server is set up, which does not work well when running it through a CI pipeline.
Revisit the tests to make it more CI friendly.
