API test domain replacement

Bug Description
Currently, test_services.py replace the domains in domains_list withe random domain prefixes to avoid 400 (due to the domain has been claimed). However this will affect some test against domain's validity, especially negative tests.
Suggested solution:
add an extra flag field, change_domain : true/false, if it is false then don't change the domains. Those domains will be unique so 400 should not be an issue.
