3) What is expected to happen when one copies the first paragraph of the second page of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/768264/+attachment/4282570/+files/1311004.pdf it does so verbatim, just like Adobe Reader.

4) What happens instead is the first comma is not highlightable.

On Ubuntu 13.04 "Raring Ringtail", the second quotation mark is copied correctly, but the first is not selectable at all and hence can't be copied, possibly due to what I presume is a German convention of diplaying the first quotation mark at the bottom of the line instead of at the top like the second one.
