Long Break Timer not counting down correctly

Bug Description

When I activate the long break timer it sets for 15 minutes, then immediately jumps all the way to one second, then indicates time is up. I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

I should add that I purchased this from the Ubuntu Software Center, which install version 0.2.

Works for me on 14.04
Please use this package install it with: $sudo dpkg -i pomidor
https://code.launchpad.net/~dkotrada/+archive/ubuntu/pomidor/+build/5073911/+files/pomidor_0.2%2B72%2B17%7Eubuntu12.04.1_all.deb
