Bug Description

Currently, Polly has indicator support, so the new tweet count is seen in the Messaging Menu.

Many users use Docky/AWN/DockBarX/etc, all of which support Dockmanager helpers. Helpers are similar in functionality to Unity quicklists but are implemented in Python. It would be great to add support with unread tweets indicated in the icon, and a menu entry to create a new tweet.

Just a headsup, Dockmanager is no longer beeing updated. Libunity is the api that is supposed to replace it. DockbarX already uses libunity and AWN and docky will implement it sooner or later.
