This makes sense to me. The input for the form is handled in a loop based on $_POST submission data, and I know I didn't test this before pushing. Should just require someone to make sure that the form component names match the db table.

Patched the poll config problems with rev 5, but in doing so, uncovered another issue when attempting to change password from admin.php. Still in progress...
