--caplookup support in textui

please add support for resolving Provides (and others) caps lookup in text ui mode as well.

works from commandline:
"poldek -u db-java-devel --caplookup"

does not work from text ui:
poldek:/all-avail> ins db-java-devel --caplookup
ins: unrecognized option '--caplookup'
Try `ins --help' or `ins --usage' for more information.

patch looks okay, however i can't test it as poldek@HEAD does not build.

--caplookup option seems to exist now, but i can't install a file based on that path:

poldek:/all-avail> ins --caplookup /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_file_age
error: /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_file_age: no such package
There were errors
poldek:/all-avail> search -f /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_file_age

afaik it worked from commandline, but seems not today:
# poldek --up -u --caplookup /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_file_age
error: /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_file_age: no such package

# poldek -u nagios-plugin-check_file_age
# rpm -qf /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_file_age
