P2O not showing in menu or toolbar

Bug Description
The latest plugin version (0.2.12) doesn't appear in the Plugin menu or the Plugin toolbar at all. I had to find (some) previous version, which showed up.

The last version should appear in the Vector menu and in the Vector toolbar, along with other vector plugins. I hope this make sense. In order to show the Vctor tooolbar select View > Toolbars > Vector in the menu bar.
