Move podcast action buttons like play, download to the trailing edge similar to how clock, music app does

Unfortunately the ListItemWithActions currently used by the clock and the music app is not performant enough to warrant this transition. Let's wait for Ubuntu Touch phones to move to vivid at which point we can make use of vivid's new list items to do this. Until then this bug is blocked.
