Podbird should play local mp3 files from directory

While the music app doesn't remember the last positon of played files, it would be helpful to have podbird be able to play any file moved to the corresponding directory. Although the app is meant for downloading podasts from a feed, the ability to play local files (esp. remembering the position of audio books or long files) seems to be great benefit.
